Parking Ticket Fines In Shreveport Could Go Up

Shreveport leaders are trying to find a way to make parking violators pay up.  One proposal would double the fine for folks who fail to pay.  Right now, the ticket is $10 if you pay it within ten days.  But that fine goes up to $25
