Bossier Parish Highway Reopens After Rain Causes Pavement Cave-In [PHOTOS]

LA Highway 154 between Robinson Road and Bossier Point Road in south Bossier reopened this evening after road crews worked on repairs throughout the afternoon. The roadway caved in over a large culvert because of the day's heavy rain.
