Catching the Pigskin: Summer Fun for Shreveport Kids
Shreveport kids will have some fun and get exercise both at the same time. It’s a football clinic this weekend, and it’s free.
The camp is for boys and girls ages five to 13. The half-day NCAA clinic is sponsored by the Advocare V-100 Independence Bowl. It’s this Saturday at Independence Stadium. Children will have the opportunity to learn football skills.
They’ll also learn the importance of character development and good sportsmanship. Clinic hours will be from 8 until 11:30 am. Registration begins at 7 am. Along with the football clinic, kids will also get a free t-shirt. Lunch will be provided.
