Caddo Schools In Bad Shape…Says One Group

Caddo schools need major improvements.  That's the message from from some local leaders.  Members of the Black Alliance for Education say parents need more choices.  They are calling on the Caddo School Board to open more charter schools in the parish. But the Superintendant disagrees.  He says Caddo offers the best educational opportunities for all students.
