Caddo GOP Boss Disputes Latest Mayoral Poll Findings [VIDEO]
Caddo Parish Republican Party Chairman Louis R. Avallone talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about his interpretation of the latest poll on the Shreveport mayor's race.
Avallone tells KEEL listeners that the highlight of the Marketing Research Insight poll is that 65% of those surveyed express displeasure with the leadership of incumbent Ollie Tyler. The GOP Chairman also reiterates that the majority of polls show that Tyler is a virtual shoe-in to take the top spot in the November 6 election, but the two Republican candidates, Jim Taliaferro and Lee O. Savage, are consistently in the numbers two and three slots. Avallone also is adamant in his position that in a December run-off, a Republican candidate has a strong chance of victory because if the poll's 65% number.
Louis R. Avallone and Steven Parr host American Ground Radio, heard weekday evenings from 6 til 7 on 101.7 / 710 KEEL, or by downloading the free KEEL all, presented by Office Furniture Source.
