Updates on a couple of big Caddo District Court cases we've been following...Alasundria Avery and Robert Glen Coleman will return to court to continue arguments on motions filed by their attorneys. Coleman's defense team has filed a motion for a new trial. Judge Mike Pitman has set the next court date for March 20th, and is expected to rule on the motion then. Avery's hearing this morning has been continued until March 5th at 9:30 a.m. Judge Pitman will hear the conclusion of arguments on a motion to recuse the Caddo District Attorney's office from Avery's murder case -- and the State versus Rodney Salone case, in which she is the alleged victim.
