Caddo Commissioner Ken Epperson is a Veteran himself, having served during the Vietnam era -- from May 1965 through May 1968.  He says he spend most of his time in Germany, near the Berlin Wall.  And he's asking everyone to come out to the State Fairgrounds for the biggest Veteran's Day celebration the area has ever seen...Sunday, beginning at 2 p.m.

Epperson says the Grand Marshall of Sunday's parade is 101-year-old John Petterway, Jr., the oldest living World War II Veteran, and a Shreveport resident.  Epperson shared more details about the parade today on KEEL Morning News:
