Caddo Commission President: Moving Confederate Monument ‘Not the Biggest Priority’ [VIDEO]

Caddo Parish Commission President Steven Jackson talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the continuing controversy surrounding the Confederate Monument in downtown Shreveport.

Jackson said that, despite appreciating the hard work done by the citizen's advisory committee, voted to disband the group as "a courtesy to a colleague." But Jackson says the monument controversy "not the biggest priority on my list." And he adds that there are issues, in his mind, far more important to his constituents.
