Cabosa Get Kickin 5K & 1 mile Fun Run

Saturday, March 3rd is the CABOSA Get Kickin 5K &

1 mile Fun Run through Cargill Park!!

Register early and join the fun! Prize awards for age group winners! Hot dogs and refreshments after the race! The CABOSA/SU team with the most team/family/friend registrations wins a pizza party!! See you there!

Contest:

The CABOSA/Shreveport United team with the most team/family/friend participants wins a pizza party! Be sure to indicate the name of the CABOSA/SU team COACH, AGE GROUP, and GENDER on your form to be counted towards the pizza party contest!! Examples: McCormick U17 boys, Matlock U10 girls, etc

You may register at Sportspectrum (with cash or check only) 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71105 or by mail (check only) addressed to "CABOSA 5K".

Race day registration will be located at the soccer complex pavilion at Cargill Park.

Entry Fee:

Early registration is $15 for children (up to U-19) and $17 for adults.

Late Registration (after February 25) is $18 for children and $20 for adults.

Race day will be $23 for children and $25 for adults, so register early!

Packet Pick-Up:

At Sportspectrum: Thurs, March 1, 12 - 6 pm. Fri, March 2, 10 - 6 pm.

Race Day: 7:30 - 8:20 am at Cargill Park

Start times:

8:00 am - 1 Mile Fun Run

8:30 am - 5K

Race Course:

Run through Cargill Park 7700 Lotus Lane, Shreveport, LA 71108

Awards:

Prizes will be awarded to the overall youth and adult, male and female winners, and 1st and 2nd place male and female winners in the following age groups:

7 & under, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

The overall 5K youth and adult winners will receive soccer balls.

The age group division winners will receive CABOSA cinch packs.

Fun Run participants will receive a participation ribbon.

Post Race Party:

Hot dogs for all! Be sure to hang around after the race and enjoy the music, refreshments and awards presentations!
