Burn Ban Lifted
On April 1, 2011 Webster Parish Police Jury President Charles Walker and Webster Parish Fire Chief Jeff Walker issued a burn ban for all of the parish due to lack of rain. Well, good news has arrived!
These two gentlemen have lifted the Webster burn ban effective immediately. Both say there has been sufficient rainfall in recent days to justify lifting the ban.
Law Enforcement reminds citizens to be sure to follow all laws associated with burning though in their specific areas of the parish.
