Harry Potter Game Day at the Shreve Memorial Library

They should rename the Shreve Memorial Library to Hogwarts for the day they have planned on Tuesday, July 31st.

According to their event page on Facebook, the Shreve Memorial Library will be taking a page from J.K. Rowling. At 2 pm you can enter the wizarding world of Harry Potter with life size wizard chess. That is not all. The Shreve Memorial Library also planned out quidditch practice and a head-to-head tournament playing Harry Potter Quidditch World Cup on Game Cube.

I wish my local library growing up did things like this! Not only do I love Harry Potter, but I was also a shy kid. So if I had activities like this growing up I wouldn't have just lounged around my house all summer long, but I would have socialized with other kids while have fun pretending I was apart of the Ravenclaw House.
