Brief Power Outage Near Greenwood Saturday [PHOTO]

A brief power outage yesterday affected several residents near Greenwood close to the Louisiana state line. The outage was determined to be caused by a power pole breaking in two on Highway 79 South near between the I-20 off ramp and the Relay Station. The outage began at approximately 2:14 pm and lasted several hours eventually being fully restored around 6:00 pm.
