Bossier Parish Community College’s Cavalier Baseball team and Lady Cavalier Softball team announce their spring 2012 seasons. 

“We are looking forward to a very good spring season for our student athletes both on the field and in the classroom,” says Cavalier Baseball Coach Aaron Vorachek. “This season’s team is a very, hard-working group of players.”  

Lady Cavalier Coach Ashley Grisham is also looking forward to the spring season. “I am ready for the games to begin this spring. The goal this season is to win 35-plus games and go to the regional tournament.”

Echoing the coaches’ thoughts, Chancellor Jim Henderson says, “We are excited about the prospects for success of both BPCC Softball and Baseball. Our student athletes are an immense source of pride for our college.”   

The Cavalier baseball team will play its first home game on Friday, February 3, against Hill College and the Lady Cavaliers will play their first home game on Saturday, February 25, against Copiah Lincoln Community College.
