"Stop your nonsense now!" That's the message from Boston Mayor Martin Walsh to the city's rash of  "snow jumpers", who are taking part in Beantown's latest craze, leaping from upper story buildings into huge snow banks.

"It's a foolish thing to do! You could kill yourself," said Walsh, after seeing numerous videos of young Bostonians - mostly male - leaping from windows, sometimes from as high as three stories, into massive snow drifts.

So far this winter, Boston has been hit with more than eight feet of snow and already February is the snowiest month on record.
