Bossier Schools have set a new enrollment record, surpassing last year's student count by more than 400.  And its Moody's Investors Service bond rating has also been bumped up.  So...what happens next?  I talked with Superintendent D.C. Machen, who says there are new schools in the works, and improvements to be made at existing schools.  He also explains what the new bond rating means...
