Bossier Schools See Higher Enrollment, Bond Rating – What Does the Future Hold?

Bossier Schools have set a new enrollment record, surpassing last year's student count by more than 400.  And its Moody's Investors Service bond rating has also been bumped up.  So...what happens next?  I talked with Superintendent D.C.
