State Representative Mike Johnson of Bossier City, just back from the wrap up of this spring's marathon legislative session in Baton Rouge, toured flood ravaged North Bossier Friday morning with U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy and Bossier Parish Sheriff Julian Whittington.

Regarding the damage to homes and property that he witnessed, Johnson said:

"The water is receding slowly, but it's clear we will be dealing with the aftermath here for a long time. Please keep praying for all those affected."
