Bossier Police Seek Two Runaway Teens

The Bossier City Police Department is asking the public for help with locating a pair of missing runaway teens from two separate cases.

15-year old Haven Wiggins was last seen on October 7 when she ran away from the Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter in the 4800 block of Shed Road. Haven is a white female, 4’ 9” tall, weighs approximately 125 pounds with black hair and has a tattoo on her left upper chest.

Bossier City police are also looking for 17-year-old Joel Grayson Matlock of Bossier City who was last seen on October 12 after running away from a friend’s home where he’d had been staying. Joel is a white male, 5’ 7” tall, weighs 150 pounds and has shoulder length blonde hair.
