A big win for a Bossier Police officer who has been fighting to clear his name.

Phillip Vernon was fired for allegedly filing a false report after he arrested a Bossier prosecutor. But Vernon won his job back, though he has been assigned to a desk job. The State Supreme Court has agreed to review previous court proceedings in Vernon's case.
