Bossier Parish Teachers of Year Announced

The Bossier Parish School System has recognized its Teachers of the Year for the 2012-13 school year.  Nadine Charity is Bossier Parish's Elementary Teacher of the Year.  She's the art teacher at Platt Elementary in Haughton.  Middle School honors go to Afiya Code.  She was nominated by Greenacres Middle School but was recently appointed as Curriculum Coach for T.O. Rusheon Middle School.  Sarah Stevenson is this year's Bossier Parish High School Teacher of the Year.  She teaches English II and Honors English at Airline High School.  Each school nominated its own representative for the honor.
