Bossier High School Observing Law Day
Today is "Law Day." The Louisiana Supreme Court has issued a resolution urging all Louisiana State Court judges to dedicate this month to reaching out to schools to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the law, the role of judges and the court system from members of the Judiciary.
At Bossier High School this morning, a couple of teachers are having a "law day" assignment, which happens from 7:45 until 9:05. Lawyers and judges from the Air Force will be on hand giving presentations.
The students then will engage in a mock trial on issues of the "rights of a paparazzi."
