Today was National Drug Take-Back Day, and the Bossier Sheriff's Office made quite a haul at their event.

Deputies report collecting nearly 200 pounds of unused, unwanted or expired prescription and over-the-counter medications at the Viking Drive Substation from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today.

Medications were also collected at Sheriff's Safety Town in Shreveport and at Louisiana State Police Troop G Headquarters in Bossier City.
