Bossier City is having a huge city surplus vehicle and equipment auction this Saturday. Forty vehicles owned by the city as well as dozens of other items will go to the highest bidder.

The items include power tools, riding mowers, and bicycles that have been declared surplus.  The auction begins at 9 am  Saturday, July 14  at  Bossier City Fleet Maintenance Garage.

The  sale is being held at 3223 Old Shed Road. The items will be available for viewing and inspection at the same location on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The auction will be conducted by Lawler Auction Company.
