New information obtained by Bossier City detectives has led to the recall of a second-degree murder charge against 22-year-old Taurus Carter.  He was arrested last week and charged in connection with the death of 21-year-old Ieshia Winbush.  She was found fatally shot September 23rd -- inside Carter's home in the 600 block of Patton Street in Bossier City.  But detectives say they've now developed new information that implicates two teenaged boys in the shooting.  They say one of the teens fatally shot Winbush while both of them were in the process of burglarizing Carter's home.  As a result, both teens have now been booked into the Bossier Juvenile Detention Center on a charge of first-degree murder.  Because of their age, they boys' names cannot be released.  The Times is reporting that, even though Carter's murder charge has been dropped, he's still being held on a marijuana charge.
