Bossier City Brothers Arrested for Aggravated Rape

Two Bossier City brothers have been arrested in connection with the aggravated rape of a juvenile. 40-year-old Thomas Allen, Junior, and 38-year-old Ronald Allen are accused of taking part in sexual activity with a juvenile under the age of 13. Both were booked into the Bossier City Jail then transferred to Bossier Max. Their bond has been set at $250-thousand each.  The arrests followed an investigation by the Bossier Police Department's Juvenile Unit.
