Bossier City Chief Administrative Officer Pam Glorioso talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the city's recent passage of a $64 million bond package.

Glorioso tells KEEL listeners that the money from the bond sales, "will supplement our funding that we have in place" to cover the cost of already planned city road and recreation projects.

More details from ktbs.com:

"The entire city council approved the bond sale.

Initially, $60 million in bonds were supposed to be sold, but today it was announced that after the city went to market to sell the bonds the amount increased to about $64 million.

The bonds should be sold before the end of the year.

Construction on public improvement projects could start in six to seven months."
