Bossier Attorney Attempts to Stop New Wal Mart

Bossier Attorney Whit Graves has filed a law suit in an attempt to put a stop to the new Super Wal Mart in North Bossier. Graves filed suit against MPC Director Sam Marsiglia, saying that the MPC and City Council have no right to make the final decision in the matter, that should be up to the Bossier Parish Police Jury. "I think the police jury will do a more intense investigation because it is their property and their government property that surrounds this Walmart," said Graves.

A judge is expected to hear the case and rule July 28th, a few days ahead of the August 2nd City Council meeting on the matter.
