Bossier City police are searching for the man who robbed the Boomtown Casino Hotel just before 6 o'clock this morning. Hotel staff say he was black, around 6-2 to 6-4, dressed in dark clothing including a hooded jacket. He walked into the hotel lobby, approached the front desk, and demanded money from the cash drawer. Witnesses say he had much of his face covered and even though he didn't show a weapon they believe he may have been armed because he kept his hands in his pockets. He was last seen running toward Riverside Drive with an undisclosed amount of money. Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a $435 reward for information that leads to his capture.
