Body of National Guardsman Desmond Desdunes Is Found

The body of National Guardsman Desmond Desdunes has been found.
Boaters on the river Saturday night located the man's body and contacted police.
Desdunes'body was found about 100 yards from the Caddo Sheriff's substation near the Stoner boat launch. Desdunes had been missing since Thursday night when he and a friend jumped from the Old Railroad bridge north of Veterans Park. Desdunes panicked after he hit the water and was quickly swept away by the fast moving current.
The other man, Josh Miller was able to make it to the shore. He has been charged with trespassing.
