Bistro to Go's Shreveport location on Line Avenue already had a loyal following, but after Sunday's episode of Food Court Wars on Food Network, it's popularity soared! The show is hosted by noted celebrity chef and host Tyler Florence.

The show pit Bistro to Go and Family Traditions against each other through a series of challenges with the winner scoring their own restaurant in Bossier City, LA's Pierre Bossier Mall Food Court. The year's worth of restaurant space was estimated during the show as being worth roughly $100,000. Bistro to Go was crowned the winner and their new store opened today, Thursday, April 10, 2014.

Our stations got the chance to be a part of the filming process which you can read about here and News Radio 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin spoke to winner's JB Emery and Brandi Lewis from Bistro to Go Monday morning following the episode's initial airing Sunday evening. Check out the interview here and make sure you check out Shreveport/Bossier City's newest and now nationally known restaurant and tell us what you think about the bread pudding. We think it's incredible!
