Big Mess On I-220 This Morning

Traffic is tied up in West Shreveport this morning. The accident is on I-220 near the Cross Lake Bridge.

I-220 eastbound is closed. Traffic is being forced to exit onto South Lakeshore. Police report that a Fed-Ex truck has overturned. No one is hurt in the accident and traffic is creeping along headed east toward the bridge. Westbound traffic is also slow as a result of the wreck.
