Caddo Parish Commissioner Stephanie Lynch is one of twenty-four parish and county leaders from across the country chosen to participate in the tenth annual County Leadership Institute.

This rigorous four-day program is offered by the National Association of Counties in conjunction with Cambridge Leadership Associates. This year's participants will gather at IBM's Institute for Electronic Government in Washington, DC, from June 2-6.

The Institute works to enhance the capacity of county and parish officials to identify and implement innovative solutions to the complex challenges facing their governing bodies.    Program costs are offset by corporate and non-profit sponsoring organizations like IBMm ESRI, NACo's Financial Services Corporation, and the National Council of County Association Executives.

Lynch was nominated for the Institute by Police Jury Association of Louisiana Executive Director Roland Dartez.
