The two finalists in the race for U.S. Senate from Louisiana have agreed to meet face to face in at least one debate before the December 10th election. But there;s lots of bickering over the dates.

Democrat Foster Campbell, a member of the Public Service Commission, has accepted invitations for a Dec. 1 debate planned by Louisiana Public Broadcasting and a Dec. 2 debate planned by WVLA-TV in Baton Rouge and other Nexstar stations.

The campaign for Republican John Kennedy announced the state treasurer has agreed to the Dec. 2 debate and a Nov. 29 debate planned by WDSU-TV in New Orleans.

No word yet on how this will be resolved. But right now the men have only agreed to appear together in only one debate, the one on December 2nd.
