In his 19 year major league career outfielder Rick Monday played with four teams and hit 241 home runs. But when you ask him about his greatest "play", he immediately mentions a game in late April, 1976.

On that day at Dodger Stadium, with Monday patrolling center, a pair of protesters ran onto the field. One had an American flag, the other carried lighter fluid and matches. It was what Monday did then that was, well, immortal.
