LSU's search for a new defensive coordinator is over, and Tigers fans will take special joy in knowing he's been stolen from arch-rival Alabama.

Crimson Tide linebackers coach Kevin Steele will take over the position, replacing the departing John Chavis.

Steele has more than thirty years of coaching experience. He spent the last two seasons with Bama after previously working as a Clemson assistant.
