July 4th Festival Ready to Go in Shreveport Bossier
Fourth of July fireworks shows have been cancelled in several big cities including Chicago, but the big display in Shreveport Bossier is still going to happen.

Five judges from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals heard the appeal from Attorney John Settle. He claimed school administrators used public money to promote the bond package. He lost round 1 at the District Court. And now he's lost round 2. The 2nd Circuit Court Judges have affirmed the lower court ruling. Settle can now appeal to the State Supreme Court.
