Hello it's Chris Dee! It's an honor and privilege to be able to talk to you on Kiss Country 93.7! I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but moved to Shreveport in July 2010 after a short stint of living and working in radio in Monroe. And I will honestly say, there is no greater place than Shreveport in the country! I'm very grateful to have had the opportunities that I've had. Aside from being on Kiss Country, I am also the stadium public address announcer for Lee Hedges Stadium in South Shreveport. Before Lee Hedges, I held the same position with the now defunct Shreveport-Bossier Captains for their last season here in 2011. I try and have as much fun as possible, so I guarantee you will run into me somewhere in this beautiful town. Stop me and say hello!

Rangers End 1st Half On A Great Note!
After losing Friday's game to the visiting Minnesota Twins, the Rangers were able to find their bats, and win the next two games.
After going on a stretch where their offense was non-existent, the Rangers go into the All-Star break with hot bats!
Chicago Sox The Rangers
If you weren't around a television Tuesday night, you were saved from watching a unglorious beatdown the Rangers were served courtesy of the Chicago White Sox.
I'm not lying when I say this game was ugly.
Saints Coach Sean Payton Suspends His Wife Indefinitely
It stinks to be Sean Payton right about now. Aside from getting a suspension handed down to him from Roger Goodell, without pay, for his role in "bountygate", Payton has another issue to deal with.
Cubs Claw Braves
I know this is hard to believe, but the "loveable losers" a.k.a. Chicago Cubs steal a victory from the Braves in Atlanta.
Rangers Double Up Rox
In their final interleague game of the season (hopefully will play more interleague games in the World Series), the Rangers go out in their winning style.
Beantown Beating: Braves Rough Loss In Boston
The Braves didn't look so hot in their final interleague game of 2012.
Can You Make A Catch Like This? This Padres Ballgirl Can! [VIDEO]
As someone who used to work with a professional baseball team, I'll admit I was never able to get this close to the baseball action on the field. I was one of those wusses who sat up way high in a press box, protected by glass windows.
Not Lisa. This very good-looking Padres ballgirl made an amazing, blink-and-you'll-miss-it catch in a game versus the Texas Rangers this week.
Interview With Paul Sisson, New Chancellor of LSU-Shreveport
Recently, I sat down with the interim head of Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Paul Sisson.
Sisson took the new position, after the lingering threat of a merger with Louisiana Tech University, that would have resulted in the loss of personnel, organizations on campus, and the loss of their highly ranked athletics programs.
Welcome To The MLB: Justin Grimm Wins His Major League Debut
It didn’t take Rangers pitcher Justin Grimm (1-0, 4.50 ERA) long to get to the Major Leagues, it also didn’t take long for Astros hitters to figure him out early.
Conversation With Sinbad
Last week, before his show at Sam's Town, I spent a few minutes with Sinbad. I asked him about family life, his reality show, touring, and...his basketball career!
