Shreveport police have identified the man they think is responsible for a shooting last week. Investigators have arrest warrants charging 24-year-old LeDerrick Gant with one count of illegal use of a weapon and one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Bond is set at $100,000. Detectives believe Gant shot at 24-year-old Mark Hill in the early-morning hours of August 16th during a dispute between the two men in the 3000 block of Gaywood Street. Hill was not struck by gunfire, but did suffer minor injuries as a result of broken glass from a bullet hitting his car window. Take a look at the photo posted here and if you recognize Gant, or know where he can be found, contact detectives or Crime Stoppers.
