Arrest Warrants Issued Against Man Accused of Cruelty to Juveniles

A man is wanted on three warrants for cruelty to juveniles. The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for 34-year-old Donovan Phillips of Greenwood. He’s accused of committing batteries on three of his friend’s children, ages 2, 4 and 5. The incidents happened on multiple occasions and were first reported to authorities in July. Bond on the three warrants totals $60,000. If you know where Phillips can be found, call Caddo detectives immediately.
