A warrant has been obtained for a man suspected of firing the shot that wounded an innocent woman inside her home on Bowie Street.

Their investigation has led detectives to suspect 21-year-old Marc Scroggins of Shreveport as being the man who fired the shot that struck 54-year-old Dorothy Johnson.  She was taken to LSU Health Shreveport with a possible life-threatening chest wound.  Scroggins faces a charge of attempted second-degree homicide.  His bond is set at $100,000.
