Shreveport police are searching for a man linked to a shooting that left another man wounded last weekend.

Detectives say 20-year-old Isaiah Baker has been named the suspect in the August 26 shooting in the 300 block of Prospect Street. The victim told police Baker shot him following a verbal disagreement. The victim's car was damaged and eyewitnesses confirmed his story.

A warrant charges Baker with one count of attempted second degree murder. Anyone with information on Baker's whereabouts is asked to call Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
