The man wanted in connection with a shooting at a Vivian apartment complex Tuesday has been arrested in Shreveport. The Caddo Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Jamario Norman of Shreveport was arrested by Shreveport police for a traffic violation in the 4000 block of Crosby. He initially gave a false name, but the officer found out his real name...and that he had outstanding warrants. He was booked into the Shreveport City Jail, where a hold was placed on him for a warrant out of the Caddo Sheriff's Office. He'll be transferred to Caddo Correctional Center and booked for the attempted second-degree murder of Caleb Rhodes of Bossier City and the simple battery of the female Rhodes was visiting at the apartment. Rhodes was shot at least three times in the leg and abdomen after he went to Monterrey Hills Apartments in Vivian to visit the female, and got into a fight with two men who were already there.
