Upstate New York, specifically Buffalo and the surrounding area, was hit by a fall snow storm earlier this week, a storm that dumped between six and eight feet of snow on parts of the city.

In fact, residents of Buffalo could see the snow coming as it made its way slowly across Lake Erie toward the city.
