State Rep. Alan Seabaugh tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin that he blames Governor John Bel Edwards for the budget deadlock that remained as the legislature wrapped up its regular session Thursday.

Seabaugh tells KEEL listeners that he thinks the Governor, and his backers in the State Senate, purposely delayed acting on the House budget, sent in early May, to try to pressure conservative Republicans into going along with his own budget plan.
