Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler tells KEEL News 67.1% of registered voters in Louisiana showed up at the polls on Tuesday. Shedler says we actually had more voters this time, but a lower percentage than 2012 when 67.9% showed up. Schedler says that's because we have more registered voters in the state this year. Overall in the election we had 30 thousand more voters than in 2012.
