2017 Crawfish Prices Drop Considerably in Shreveport Bossier
You can now find boiled crawfish in Shreveport Bossier. Prices have dropped by about $2 a pound at most of the locations we checked.
Our mild winter will mean good news as we move closer to the heart of the mudbug season. Right now, expect crawfish to be on the small side, but that will change as we get closer to springtime.
The cheapest prices we could find on February 1st for live crawfish is $2.99 a pound at Farmers Seafood, $3.00 a pound at Kims in Bossier and $3.29 at Crawfish Hole #2. For boiled crawfish, Farmer's leads the way with prices at $3.99 while Beauxjax has them for $4.50 a pound.
