2015-16 Bossier Parish Teachers of the Year Announced
Bossier Parish Schools announces its 2015-16 Teachers of the Year and district winners.
Teacher of the Year is a state program to recognize outstanding teachers who are chosen from each school by their peers. District winners compete at the state level and one is chosen for the elementary, middle and high school levels.
The District Teachers of the Year are: Vanessa Powers, Central Park Elementary; Ruth Hill, Cope Middle School; and Alison Grooms, Airline High School.
